Vendors may choose to advertise their facilities through our paid plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to comply with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

Nexus uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By making a payment through the Platform, you agree to the terms of the payment processor.

6.2 Refunds

All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexus provides information and services “as is” and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of listings, location data, or services provided by vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Nexus or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that we deem harmful to Nexus or its users.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, Canada, in accordance with applicable laws. By using Nexus, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
