Mechatronics

The induction- type servomotor does not use permanent magnets. The high relation between torque and inertia together wih a low secondary impendence of the roter enables high dynamical performance with considers acceleration and declaration available over all speed ranges.

Product Specification:-

  • IEC 34-7 and CEI 2-14 n. 724 publication.
  • 2373 grade R to suppress vibration
  • 10-PIN connector

  • Categories: AC DRIVES
  • Sub Category: Sprint

Excellent Relation Between Maximum And Rated torque

The FUKUTA servomotor enables a high relation between peak and rated current so produces high rates of maximum torque. Further more the servomotor presents an extremely perfect relation between torque and volume /weight which permits compact application and best use of available space.

Sturdy & Simple Construction Not Requiring Maintenance

Since the FUKUTA servomotor do not have permanet magnets ,there no risk of demagentization of breakage due to fragility from vibration or impacts, especially for the servomotor used on moving machines. Moreover, the position of magent poles are unnecessary to be detected for driven because the direction of magnetic flux is determine by the voltage. The use of encoder sets on the motor shaft feedback for controlling of the speed and position with accurany. The sturcture, therefore, is extermaly simple, sturdy & reliable and does not requir any maintenance, since there are no collectors, brushes or magents.

Housing

The housing is built according to advanced criteria and technology. Futher to the compact size and lighter weight, these servomotor offer an outstanding mechnical accuracy and sturdiness. The housings are made of extrusion and die cast aluminum for motor frame sizes up to 132. The body is a squre. It is provided with internal ventilation channels in order to ensure a high thermal dissipation and to reduce vibration.
